His plan brings in 30 million dollars without raising taxes, and will create 1000s of jobs, it will be announced/released in detail via the website next week.  He represents District 6.  The Election will consist of about 20k or fewer voters, he got 4k without putting out a sign in 2005. He can overcome the stigma and he can win.
