&lt;/b&gt;On Tuesday February 17, Councilman Cook will unveil the specific
details of his $30 million dollar Economic Stabilization Plan - This
plan will create a minimum of 1500 jobs in Montgomery without tax
increases or rate hikes. The plan will also ensure that no jobs are
lost in the process. All individuals, non-profit organizations and
state-based organizations are encouraged to attend and learn more. &lt;br&gt;
